An ISO 9001-2015 certified organization located in Mumbai, India. The company commenced its humble beginning in the year 1993 and within a short span, developed into a modern technological business centre, ensuring high-quality tooling.

The organization has established, maintained and continuously improves the effectiveness of quality management systems per the requirement of ISO 9001-2015 standards.

This has been made possible with the continuous effort of our qualified and experienced designers, engineers and a skilled team of over 300 employees, who have come together to face the challenges of complex and intricate tooling. All this has enabled us to achieve our target of reaching the requirements and satisfying our distinguished clients.

With well-organized management and perfect process control, the organization runs 3 shifts. Being equipped with integrated workstations of CAD/CAM with Siemens NX (Unigraphics), PTC Creo (Pro/E), MasterCAM and AutoCAD ensures the required design concept is achieved.

We manufacture intricate, multi-cavity hot runner moulds up to 40 tons in weight suitable to run on 80 – 3200 injection moulding machines.

We are one of the largest Mould manufacturers and Exporters of PVC-CPVC, PP, PP-RC & ABS Fittings, and Electrical Conduits with an annual production capacity of over 400 moulds.

We specialize in manufacturing precision moulds for the demanding Automotive, Pipe Fitting, Packaging & Consumer White Goods sectors.

Our moulds are globally accepted by each of our respected customers. We have achieved leadership in after-sales service, thus carving a niche in the Plastic Mould Manufacturing Industry.
